The company MCC

MCC GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1990 in Karlsruhe, Germany. Already 3 years after the company’s founding, a close cooperation developed with Weinmann GmbH & Co KG in Hamburg. In 2007, our partner company in Tomsk, Russia was founded. Today, the Weinmann group at the R&D site in Karlsruhe employs around 50 people. At MCC in Tomsk, there are another 8 software developers.

Creativity, accountability, motivation and enthusiasm are firmly integrated in our approach. We are convinced that success comes only from teamwork and originates in a company culture based on these values. “Idea-scouting and selection are important jobs for us.

In our development, we always focus on market requirements and get doctors, users and patients involved in each step along the way,” says Bernd Schöller, Director of Research and Development in Karlsruhe.
